Contact
Two different sets of contact details matter here, and mixing them up costs people their refund window. Order, shipping and refund questions go to the seller’s customer service. Corrections to anything published on this site come to us.
Orders, shipping & refunds
Handled by the product’s customer service team, not by us. We cannot look up your order, issue a refund or cancel an order on your behalf.

For a refund: contact support within 60 days of purchase and ask for the return instructions before posting anything back. Keep a timestamped copy. Full steps here.
For the doses: ask for the milligram amount of all three actives, the EGCG standardisation, the caffeine content and the acetic acid percentage. It is the most useful question to ask before ordering.
Corrections & editorial
If anything here is out of date or wrong — a price, a dose, a policy step, an interaction — tell us. We check it against the primary source, correct it, and update the verification date when we do.
Editorial — editorial@valioraus.com
We aim to respond to correction reports within five business days. Include the page URL and, where possible, the source that contradicts us. See our editorial policy.
We cannot give medical advice. Please do not email us asking whether this product is safe with your medication, whether you can take it while pregnant, or what your blood results mean. We are not able to answer those questions and answering them badly could genuinely hurt someone. Your pharmacist can check a berberine interaction in minutes, usually free and without an appointment. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, that conversation is essential rather than optional. And if you experience severe abdominal pain, yellowing of the eyes or skin, or symptoms of very low blood sugar after taking any supplement, that is urgent — seek medical care rather than sending an email.
