Free US shipping is included on the 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages. The single-bottle package does not carry that benefit, and any shipping charge is added at checkout. Both multi-bottle packages also include the three digital guides, which are delivered by email rather than post.
Costs by package

Processing and tracking
Orders are fulfilled by the seller through a third-party order platform. Tracking details are issued to the email address used at checkout. If tracking has not arrived within a few business days, contact the seller’s customer service directly — this site cannot look up or amend orders. Note that the descriptor appearing on your card statement may differ from the brand name, because checkout is handled by a separate processor.
The digital guides
The three guides included with multi-bottle orders — a metabolism guide, a 30-day meal plan and a habits blueprint — are digital downloads delivered by email, not physical items. If they have not arrived shortly after purchase, check spam folders before contacting support. Their stated value is set by the seller and is not a market price; treat them as an extra rather than as value received.
International orders
International availability is not confirmed in the seller’s published materials. If you are ordering from outside the United States, confirm availability, cost and estimated delivery in writing before placing the order. Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility. Note also that berberine faces differing regulatory treatment between countries, so check whether the product can legally be imported to yours.
Delivery problems
For a parcel that arrives damaged, incomplete or not at all, contact customer service with your order number. Keep the packaging and photograph any damage before disposing of it. The 60-day refund window runs from your purchase date, so raise delivery problems promptly — a delayed delivery does not extend the guarantee.
Storage on arrival
Store bottles closed, in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Capsules are more forgiving than gummies or liquids, but botanical extracts still degrade with heat and humidity, so avoid bathroom cabinets and car glove boxes. This matters more on a six-bottle order, where the final bottles will be opened five months after delivery.
