Valiora ReviEwS (2026): We Read the Label So You Don’t Have To

This article was supposed to be a straightforward dose comparison. It became something else, because the document it depended on does not appear to be published anywhere.

The short version

The seller directs buyers to the product label for ingredient amounts. The label is not shown on the website, in the FAQ, or in any product image.

What we set out to do

The method we use on every product is the same. Find the printed Supplement Facts panel. Read the milligram amount for each active. Look up the dose used in the research being cited for it. Divide one by the other.

That comparison is the single most useful thing a buyer can know, and it takes about four minutes when the information exists.

What the page actually says

The ingredients section names three actives and describes each in a sentence or two. Green Tea Extract is “included as part of Valiora’s proprietary botanical blend.” Apple Cider Vinegar is “a recognizable ingredient included in the proprietary blend alongside complementary plant extracts.” Berberine HCl is “a plant-derived compound included as one component of Valiora’s broader daily wellness formula.”

Read those three descriptions again. None of them tells you what the ingredient does, how much is present, or why it was chosen. They describe the fact of inclusion and nothing else.

Above them sits an instruction: “Always refer to the product label for the complete ingredient list, amounts, directions and warnings.” That is correct advice. It is also advice you cannot follow before purchasing, because the label is not displayed.

Where else we looked

The product photography shows the front of the bottle only. The FAQ covers directions, package sizes, the bonus guides, the subscription question, the guarantee and expected timelines — and no amounts. The benefits and formula sections carry no numbers. The footer legal text carries no numbers.

We could not locate a published panel for this product. If one exists somewhere we have not looked, we would genuinely like to see it, and this page will be corrected and re-dated the day we do.

What can still be established

One thing, and it does not require anyone’s cooperation: the physical capacity of the format.

A large size-0 capsule holds roughly 800 mg of powder. The researched doses of the three named ingredients are berberine 900–1,500 mg, green tea extract 300–800 mg, and apple cider vinegar equivalent 750–1,500 mg. That totals 1,950–3,800 mg.

So at least one ingredient is well below its researched amount, and probably all three are. Which ones, and by how much, is exactly what the panel would tell you.

What to do about it

Email the seller before ordering and ask four questions: the milligram amount of each active, the EGCG standardisation of the green tea extract, whether that extract is caffeinated, and the acetic acid content of the ACV powder. All four cost nothing to answer.

Then photograph the panel when your order arrives and compare it against what you were sold. If it differs from anything described here, tell us and we will re-check.

Independent background reading, none of it selling anything: the American Diabetes Association, FTC health products compliance guidance and CDC activity guidance. For the applied version of this on our own pages, see the full ingredient breakdown and interaction table or the Valiora official website reference.

What we would do

Take the ingredient list to a pharmacist before ordering, get a baseline fasting glucose and lipid panel so you have something to compare against, and choose the three-bottle package rather than the six — it covers the ninety days the ingredient trials actually used without leaving you holding three unopened bottles months after the refund window has closed. Diarise day 50 on the day you order.

How to verify any of this

Every figure above comes from a source you can check yourself: the official order page, the published return terms, the manufacturer’s own artwork, or peer-reviewed literature. Where an amount is not disclosed by the manufacturer, we say so rather than estimating it. If you find something here that is out of date or wrong, tell us and we will re-check it and re-date the page.

Frequently asked

Not on its website. The page directs buyers to the product label for amounts, but no image of the panel is displayed anywhere on the site.

Three named actives — green tea extract, apple cider vinegar and berberine HCl — plus magnesium stearate listed as a manufacturing excipient.

Only partially. You can compare the combined researched doses against what a capsule physically holds, which shows something must be under-dosed — but not which.

About this article

Written and fact-checked against primary sources: the official order page, the published return policy, manufacturer-supplied artwork and peer-reviewed literature. Disclaimer. This formula contains berberine, which is contraindicated in pregnancy, breastfeeding and newborns because it displaces bilirubin from albumin. Berberine also inhibits CYP450 enzymes, which raises the blood levels of many prescription medicines rather than lowering them, and it lowers blood glucose in its own right. Take the ingredient list to a pharmacist before ordering.
